This policy explains what information VectorMaker (the "Service") collects. The Service is operated by ctriolab, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
1. Your images
Images you convert are processed entirely inside your web browser using JavaScript. Your images and the resulting SVG or DXF files are never uploaded to our servers and we cannot see them.
2. Information stored on your device
If you activate Pro, your license key and its last verification result are stored in your browser's localStorage so that Pro stays unlocked. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
3. License verification
When you activate or re-check a Pro license, your browser sends the license key to our license server (hosted on Cloudflare). The server returns whether the key is active. We store the key together with the plan, status, the Paddle customer and transaction or subscription identifiers, and the purchase email address, so that we can verify licenses and help with support requests.
4. Payments
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller of our products. Paddle collects your payment details, billing address and email under its own privacy policy (paddle.com/legal/privacy). We never receive your full card details.
5. Hosting and logs
The website is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time for security and performance. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal data.
6. Analytics
We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-less aggregate analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count page views. These do not identify you personally.
7. Retention
License and purchase records are kept for as long as the license is active and afterwards as long as required by tax and accounting law.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Requests relating to payment data held by Paddle should be sent to Paddle.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
